Group Reservations in RezOvation GT - Old Method

There are two types of group reservations that can be created in RezOvation GT. Guests can book individual rooms, under their own names with their own invoices, and RezOvation GT can still indicate their status as part of an incoming group by utilizing the “Group Name” field on the Reservation. Additionally, customers can book multiple rooms for a group that all appear on one invoice. Customers can do this by utilizing the “Control” (Ctrl) key on their keyboards.
To indicate that multiple guests are arriving for an event, but have individual invoices and reservations:
To book multiple rooms on to one invoice, under one primary guest’s name we are going to utilize the “Control” (Ctrl) key on the keyboard:
