What is the cost?
The monthly cost is only $12.95, with no extra fees other than the standard processing fees.

Because RezOvation GT and Webervations support the hotel / lodging program, and offer the ability to swipe a card, you can be assured that you will get the best rates available for your inn. How do I sign up for QBMS credit card processing?

Can I reverse or cancel a payment authorization that has not be finalized (batched)?
There is no way to cancel an authorization. It just expires after a 7 to 30 day period depending on the issuer. This is true for authorizations as well as sale transactions. For the sale however, a void does trigger a reversal but it is not always effective since the reversal support for auth reversal is patchy at best across issuers.
If necessary, the card holder can contact their bank to have the authorization canceled.
When do transactions batch / settle?
The default batch close time is 6pm Eastern Standard Time / 5pm Central Standard Time / 4pm Mountain Standard Time / 3pm Pacific Standard Time.

Can I process refunds through RezOvation GT using QBMS?
Yes. You can process both refunds and voids through RezOvation GT when using QBMS.
Can I issue a void through RezOvation GT for transactions processed with QBMS?
Yes. You can issue voids through RezOvation GT when using QBMS. Please see the user's guide for more information.

Can I process payments for reservations taken over the phone, or for check-ins / check-outs?
Yes! You can easily process a payment through the Webervations Virtual Terminal. To access the Virtual Terminal, log in to your Webervations account and click the Virtual Terminal button in the menu.
Will payments processed through Webervations get downloaded into my property management software?
No. Currently the Webervations property management software integrations do not support payments. Only reservation information will be downloaded; you must manually enter any payments in your property management software.
if you are using RezOvation GT as your property management software, you may want to consider using the RezOvation Booking Engine, which supports seamless integration with payments as well as reservations. You can find more information on our website.
I am using Webervations for online bookings and RezOvation GT as my property management software. Can I use the same QBMS account for both?
Yes! You just need a single account for both RezOvation GT and Webervations. Simply enter the same connection ticket in both, and you can process payments for both online bookings and bookings made through RezOvation GT.
Can I process payments through QBMS with my property management software?
This is only possible if your property management software integrates to QuickBooks Merchant Service. RezOvation GT provides this option.
Otherwise, you can easily process a payment through the Webervations virtual terminal, which is available by logging in to your Webervations account and clicking the Virtual Terminal button in the menu.
Can I process refunds and voids through Webervations using QBMS?
Yes. You can process both refunds and voids through Webervations when using QBMS.
