Credit card numbers are not downloaded from the Booking Engine
If you are using Authorize.net to take deposits online, then for security reasons, we do not download credit card numbers directly into RezOvation Desktop. In this case, you can obtain the credit card number from the Booking Engine Admin site within 72 hours of taking the reservation. If you are using the Secure User Processing (credit card guarantee) option, then credit card numbers are downloaded directly into RezOvation Desktop.
Showing Calendar Availability for a Single Unit
You can return availability for a single unit in the Desktop Booking Engine if you pass the UnitID variable in the URL using the format "&UnitID"
You can get a full listing of all the Booking Engine UnitIDs by looking under "Settings" in the Auto-Update menu, in the RezOvation Desktop Program.
Or, to find the UnitID online, you can log in to the Booking Engine admin site, and hover over a unit in the Daily reservations view. You should see the UnitID in the URL that appears in your browser when you hover over it. All you will need is a list of UnitID variables for each of your units. You can then build the URL from there based off the Booking Engine's URL.
