Product Information

CheckPoint has a few different version of its popular software suite called ZoneAlarm.

The free version provides a firewall application that is not very user manageble. Everything in this version is basically locked from the user. Users can either add or block a program. There is limited configuration options in this version.

ZoneAlarm Pro is a paid for product and is unlocked from the free version. The Pro version has extra options for the firewall including advanced configuration settings for programs and websites.

The ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite incorporates a virus protection program to the firewall application.

The software will monitor both local network activity as well as activity to/ from the Internet. Network users will need to configure ZoneAlarm to allow local connections to other PCs located on the network.
